Approximately 15 acres of woods. 1 acre pond that is a wetland that can't be disturbed, or you can move it within the property but has to be same acreage as it is currently. Several drains tiles on property including one to keep the pond from overflowing in heavy rains. Document in supplements of Connie Matlock Minor Sub. Lot 1 is the only lot that is part of this listing (Lot 2 is not part of this listing). Parcel is not a perfect rectangle; south border has multiple measurements.
